My Florida vote is stolen too.
Why?
I live out of state and thereby have to make do with absentee voting.
However, I've been informed that due to changes in the way absentee ballots are mailed out there exists no chance whatsoever for my vote to be private.
Bad enough if you're a democrat, but I'm registered as a member of one of the smaller, leftist, parties in Florida, and so do I even want to mail in an absentee ballot to a rightwing county which says right on the envelope that I'm a member of this party?
I don't think so.
So I, who has devoted a lot of time and egocentric internet ink to examining this whole election and examining Bush and America will not be able to vote.
Sorry, yes, technically I'll be able to vote but practically I have about as much of a vote as someone voting with the Sheriff standing over them watching how they fill in the ballot.
That's democracy, right?
