Labor Creates All Wealth. Sentiment is true but the phrase is a little off

Because you could argue that people who plan the things that workers implement also create wealth. The particular way that the formula is constructed owes a lot to Marx's Labor Theory of Value, which is sort of something completely different from the subject at hand. Or at least it presents its own set of problems and baggage that cloud the issue. I think the idea that planners plan and workers implement is a better one, with the understanding that this fundamental division should be broken down, with workers planning as well.
